“Last week (coincidently the same night as the big storm) our builder provided A/C gave up the ghost after nearly 9 years in service, of course we didn’t notice that it was blowing warm air until 11pm on a Friday – with a party planned for the next afternoon at our house. We called Dynamic later that night after trying to troubleshoot the problem ourselves – we were certain that it was related to power flickering. After several attempts at restarting the A/C, we suspected a capacitor problem due to the storm that evening. Matt from Dynamic was at our house that Saturday morning and diagnosed the worst – that our A/C needed a complete replacement. We ended up selecting a much-upgraded system, one that required replacement of both our outdoor and indoor units as well as some ductwork between the exterior unit and our utility closet. Matt and Andy were able to install the new units on Thursday and were a pleasure to work with. We feel they provided great value, and went above and beyond with customer service.

We’ve only had the new system for a few days now, but it’s performing so much better than the old unit. We had never before been able to cool our house to 72 degrees, but the new unit has been able to do that and more. For those interested, we ended up with an IQ Drive unit (24.5 SEER) by Frigidaire along with the matching Furnace. It’s a great system, and one very nice aspect is how quiet it is – I can’t overstate that. It’s whisper quiet, even while providing the frostiest air you’ve ever felt. Matt took a lot of time to go over all of the options, and we decided that the most efficient unit available was the right fit for us. Thanks so much Matt and Andy at Dynamic! It’s awesome to have someone in that business that we can trust and rely on.”

“Add me to the rave list. Our AC was working, sort of but not getting nearly cool enough downstairs. This became really apparent after all the 100 degree days and as of Sat, we could not get it cooler than 85 downstairs

Based on the great feedback here, I called Dynamic on Monday and was thrilled to get an appointment today, only 2 days later. Andy came out this morning and diagnosed the issue (combo of the common Brambleton capacitor fail plus a need for more coolant) and fixed everything for us. Andy was super nice and even made friends with 2 of the cats. He also gave me some tips in terms of prep for selling the house.

I highly recommend Dynamic and will be passing their info along in the new owner’s guide we are making for our house (because we are geeky like that).”

“AC went out on Wednesday Wife called at 1215 and he said he could come by between 1-3 since he was in the area. Was there at 1sharp and replaced our capacitor (sp?). We have been using him for years and is very trustworthy.”

“We also used Dynamic this season. Andy spent 5+ hours on 3 different days trying to fix one of our units. After encountering many issues and realizing that the builder crap that we had was mismatched and a fix would only be temporary- we decided on getting a whole new unit. Dynamic did not charge us any fee for the first 12-15 hours of work they spent trying to repair our old unit. The replacement unit cost was comparable to other a/c companies. We feel they were very honest and fair with us and will continue to use them in the future. (most likely next year when our second ‘builder grade’ a/c unit decides to quit on us)”

He or his associate has been here for fireplace, plumbing, AC, humidifier issues multiple times (all different problems) and I can’t imagine calling anyone else. THANK. YOU.”
